The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT), as a member of the CREATE partnership, is pleased to promote that Norfolk Southern Railway is inviting bids for CREATE Project EW3 Segment A Request for Proposal to Provide Construction Management (CM) Services and for EW3 Segment B Request for Proposal to Provide Track and Civil Design Services.
