Since this is a moving operation urban project will ROAD CONSTRUCTION AHEAD signs be required on every side road through this project?
ROAD CONSTRUCTION AHEAD signs will not be required for the moving operation at side roads when flaggers are present. (02/23/2021)

The first paragraph in the special provisions under Traffic Control and Protection Special, state that the signs shall be dual indicated. This would put the signs on the left side in the bidirectional left turn lane. Please clarify what the the intent is with these signs as there is no median to place signs.
The intent of paragraph 3 in TRAFFIC CONTROL AND PROTECTION, (SPECIAL) is to require additional ROAD CONSTRUCTION AHEAD AND LANE CLOSED AHEAD signs on the right shoulders for both bounds when working in the bi-directional turn lanes. Signs should not be placed in the bi-directional turn lanes. (02/23/2021)
