Please clarify the removal pay items for this project. Removal sheet #7 appears to show everything that is within the X area to be removed, this would include the railing along seawall, camera pole, conduit, bollards etc. Please confirm if this is the case and if the contractor is responsible to reinstall all these items.
If items are to stay in place how are we to pave around the handrail and conduit along seawall without moving.
An addendum will be issued. (06/04/2019)
