The improvement consists of Litter/Debris Removal from the edge of the pavement to the pedestrian barrier on 1) FAI 94: I-94 from I-90/94 (Dan Ryan Expwy) to I-80; 2) FAP 341: Stony Island from I-94 to US 12(95th St); 3) FAU 1574: 103rd St from Cottage Groove to Stony Island.

Contract Specifics
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, July 20, 2020 at 09:00 AM in the District 1 at 201 West Center Court, Schaumburg, IL 60196. Location Notes - Enter at main lobby, meet in the Personnel Conference Room adjacent to the Guard Station. Meeting Description - Discussion of plans and special provisions, and an opportunity to ask questions regarding intent and scope of the work. All attendees should download the IDOT Visitor Screening Questionnaire and bring the completed form to the Conference. To download the form, follow the link at the end of this paragraph entitled "Click here for map". The pre-bid meeting is mandatory for all potential prime contractors interested in bidding. Registered subcontractors and certified disadvantaged business enterprise subcontractors are encouraged to attend. The meeting will begin at 09:00 AM at which time, after a final call for everyone to sign in, the sign-in sheets will be copied. Attendees who show up after the presentation is underway will not be allowed to sign-in thereby not being considered in attendance. Failure on the prime contractor's part to attend will cause the contractor's request for authorization to bid to be denied.Click here for map
