In the General Notes for Paint, for Location 2 it calls to clean & paint "THE EXTERIOR SURFACES AND TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE BOTTOM FLANGEOF THE FASCIA BEAMS OUTSIDE THE DECK JOINTS FOR THE LENGTH OF THE BRIDGE". Are these only the 2 exterior fascia beams or should we include the 2 interior ones along the longitudinal joint?
Only the 2 exterior fascia beams. The longitudinal joint has been removed when the deck was replaced. See sheet 48 of 86 of the December 2002 Plans. (01/04/2021)
