On Sheet No. 2 of 35, #5 under General Paint Notes, it states, "THE EXTERIOR SURFACES AND TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE BOTTOM FLANGE OF THE FASCIA BEAMS (SEE FIGURE 1) SHALL BE CLEANED PER NEAR WHITE BLAST CLEANING SSPC-SP10. Does this entail "for the entire length of the beams"?
The Department has issued an addendum to address this question. (01/07/2021)
