Are the existing bases that are in good working order to remain on the bridge throughout the project, and only broken or missing bases need to be replaced? With any removed undamaged delineators (uprights only) being turned over to IDOT?
Yes, undamaged bases in good condition can stay in place, replace damaged bases, replace all upright delineators, and turn over delineators in good condition to IDOT Wood River yard. (12/18/2020)
