On page 2 it says under note 4 that excavated material for shoulders "shall not be wasted on the construction site." On page 6 the second note under general notes says "The material that is removed to place shoulder shall be wasted on the foreslope and graded back to the edge of proposed shoulder." Will the material be allowed on the shoulder or will it have to be stockpiled and brought back?
The note on sheet 6 is correct. The excavated material will remain on the site. (01/04/2019)
