Will the contractor be permitted to remove a portion of the existing fence that runs along the west edge of the existing haul road to allow easier access to the Proposed Primary Stockpile Area? If so, can temporary construction fence be installed so that it can be easily removed and reinstalled when access is needed?
The Contractor will be allowed to remove a portion of the existing fence in order to allow one lane of construction traffic to pass through the gap. The Contractor shall secure the fence line at the end of each work day with the existing fabric or chain-link panel fence such that the airport perimeter is closed during non-working hours. All costs associated with this work shall be incidental to other items.” (12/19/2018)
