  • Can you provide a copy of the signup sheet from the prebid meeting
    A copy of the Pre-Bid Meeting SIGN-IN sheets were emailed to all attendees who provided an email address. (01/10/2020)

  • Specification state trees to be chipped to not to exceed 2" some of the trees are very large can those which are to large to go through the chipper be removed from site or stockpiled? Can stumps be buried on site?
    Organic waste, including trees, brush, and shrubs, originating within the construction limits may be removed from the site. The Contractor shall provide documentation of the disposition of any organic waste removed from the site. No stockpiles of organic waste may remain at the site upon completion of the project. Stumps cannot be buried on site. (01/10/2020)

  • Why do you not have a DBE percentage requirement on this project when several DBE's in the area?
    Page 35 of the Specifications (DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS ENTERPRISE (DBE) PARTICIPATION) indicates the DBE goal is 11%. (01/03/2020)
