On page 5 of the drawing, note 2, states filter fabric and aggregate are to be added to both side of the fence. Is this to be applied on top of the ground, or is the intention to dig out the top 6" of soil install fabric filter and back fill with aggregate?

Sheet no. 3 of 6 has a Critical Point Information graph. In this graph it gives elevations for ground, and fence height. It appears from the elevations listed that a majority of this fence will be 10' tall, when the pay item is calling for 8' fence. Please verify fence height for the Class E Fence 8'
The fence is 8’ tall with 3 strands of barbed wire for a total height of 9’. (01/06/2020)
