Plan sheet 5 shows the schedule for resurfacing, does this mean the job has to be completed in 4 phases ?

The project does not have to be carried out in 4 phases. The areas shown on the schedule were called out for computing the pay item quantities only. (04/13/2022)
there is a pay item for locating underground utilities but there is no special provision describing what is involved with this item.

An addendum will be issued to address this. (04/13/2022)
