On sheet #10 the plans call for "Debris Removal at Pier 2" and it tells us to see photo below. The photo is missing. Please advise.

The Department is in the process of issuing an addendum. Contractors should continue to monitor the website for the addendum. (02/26/2020)
Plan Sheets 14 and 15 details Structural Repair of Concrete at Piers 1 and 2 located in the Des Plaines River. it is clear the existing water level is above the ground line referenced on the plans and the location of the Structure Repairs will be below water. Please confirm if Repairs are to be performed under water as shown, and how the under water work is to be paid.

The intent of this contract is to have all substructure repairs be performed above the water elevation at the time of the repairs. (02/26/2020)
