  • Item 44213204 Tie Bars 3/4", 1,782 ea. Where are they used. Please identify on joint plan sheets.
    The tie bars are to be used in the existing medians, gutters and combination curb and gutters at 36" centers at each rest area. In the general notes it states that the existing tie bars are to be cut off. This is the reason for the tie bar pay item. (12/27/2017)
