On sheet 5 of the plans, note 1 of the plans states that closure crosses shall be lighted in periods of darkness. In option 1 under note 2 of the same section, it does not mention that it needs to be lighted, and the same applies to the drawing for option 1. Please advise as to which is correct.

The note that states closure crosses shall be lighted in periods of darkness is correct. The Option 1 detail appears to be obscuring the representation of a line of lights within each leg of the X, and a note (currently missing) should be pointing to those lights that states, “Amber steady burning lights spaced 5’ apart required for night closure”. The intent of the Option 1 detail is typically met with the use of barricade lights sitting on the X marker, which would be constructed per Note 2. (01/14/2022)
