Will IDOT provide depths of cover for these culvert lining locations prior to the bid opening? Most of the as-built information provided either does not have elevations provided or is difficult to read.

The contractor should bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications available online. (01/12/2022)
Will the contractor be charged for water use during the cleaning and lining operation? Also, where should the contractor expect to be able to access water for this project?

As indicated in the Special Provision for Cured In-Place Pipe Liner, any water that may be needed or required to accomplish the work of cleaning and lining the pipes is the responsibility of the Contractor. (01/03/2022)
