The SWPPP mentions permanent seeding however there is not a line item for permanent seeding. Will there be an add issued? and will the contractor be responsible for removing the temp erosion control when the permanent seeding is placed as the SWPPP states?

There is no permanent seeding for this project, just temporary seeding if needed. The contract consists of cutting down all the trees and removing them. The stumps will remain in place for the next contract, where they will be addressed then. (01/05/2023)
