  • Can clearing debris (trees) be disposed on site or must they be hauled off site. If so can they be disposed of on private property. Must ash trees be treated a special way
    The Illinois Department of Agriculture no longer restricts the movement of any cut, non- coniferous firewood within the state and has de-regulated the emerald ash borer. All debris must be removed from right of way. Contractor will be required to work with district environmental coordinator to obtain an approved dump site for debris. (06/06/2018)
