Where are the thermo pavement markings to be used. (keeping in mind that thermo cannot be used on concrete overlay)

An addendum has been issued to address this. (04/15/2021)
Could a revised quantity be issued for 70300150 Short Term Pavement Marking Removal, as this item should include the removal of the 6" blackout tape, but appears to only include the removal of the short term pavement marking. Or please advise if the removal is to be incidental to blackout tape pay item.

The contractor will be paid for removing the blackout tape. The final quantity will be adjusted by authorization during construction if necessary. (04/15/2021)
How are the solar powered raised reflecrtive pavement markers as shown in the plans to be paid for, as typically in past jobs they have had their own pay item?

The project should be bid according to the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Highway Standards, and the plans and specifications available online. (04/15/2021)
