  • Please define how interchanges are paid. Does each side of the on and off ramp get paid whether you are cleaning under the ramp or adjacent to the ramp in addition the mainline miles. Some of these areas could total 15 acres of grass area.
    Anything on the right side of the mainline or ramps is to be cleaned except as defined in the Limitation section of the Litter Picking spec. (03/30/2021)
