  • When will the contract specifications be released? Also, should I use the Highway Standards for the description of the materials, i.e. Hot-Mix Asphalt Bini.....?
    We are working on posting the Special Provisions as quickly as possible. Most likely this one will be posted the first week of April. The Special Provisions will supplement the Standard Specifications of Road and Bridge Construction, adopted April 1, 2016. (03/29/2018)
