Is it the intent that all of Seeding Class 5 is to be interseeded without any ground preparation? If so, should there be a pay item for mowing? If not, should there be a pay item for mulch and possibly excavation for sod removal?
Seeding, Class 5 is to be interseeded. The Department will handle site prep for any Seeding, Class 5. (05/28/2021)
