What specifically needs to replaced as far as the lowering devices on the 50’ & 80’ pole? Would this include the bracket, cable, winch assembly, and housing? Please Advise.
Equipment to be replaced shall be as required by the manufacturer, conversion must provide an Ethernet connection to the camera over CAT5 or CAT6 cable, coaxial cable converters will not be allowed. (10/30/2019)

What is the time span and location for the engineers field office? Pay Item #6700400 states 6 months but the contract is for 40 days? Please advise.
Contractors should bid according to the quantities in the Plans and Schedule of Prices. As with all pay items, final pay quantities will be adjusted in the field. (10/30/2019)
